H&M tee | Missguided shorts*
---------------------------------------------------------------------

So I'm currently in LA but NOT going to Coachella for the 100th time (lol). I've lost count of how many times me & Leanne has been asked that. So being a sad girl & not attending the most fabulous of all festivals - I'm in K-town exploring LA and eating as much as I can.

This trip so far has been amazing as I get to travel and explore more with such an amazing gal - Leanne. We've done way too much shopping in a small time frame of days & I've caught the shopping bug for sure! Expect a haul/make up haul as well!

This outfit was something I wore to lounge around in. We decided to have keep the day a bit free to do some shooting, filming and just other work stuff we tried to ignore as we are in LA - still couldn't!

These shorts though - super soft & comfortable! I didn't realised that it would fit me so well and how comfortable they were going to be. The colour is soft yet workable for me and my favourite are the lace up details featured. Too amazing to pass up and goes perfect with vintage band tees!

Like the one I'm wearing but shhhh... this one is actually from H&M surprisingly! I saw it & felt it - super worn feel so I had to purchase it. Something 'Coachella'-esque I guess!

Let me know what you think of the outfit below!

Affordable Coachella style with H&M

Disclaimer: This post was sponsored by H&M & the items were bought with a gift card.

For my third instalment with H&M is to bring you some affordable Coachella style. Since Coachella is this weekend coming, you may have seen the new collaboration line launched in the HM stores. The collection bring you bohemian vibes, gypsy desert warrior and lots of patterns and fringing. Everything you could ask for to create a perfect festival outfit to be honest.

I wanted to put together a comfy outfit which is perfect for lounging on the grass listening to music or if you're in the crowd dancing along. Starting off with this wide legged pants - the thin cotton material is a must if you're going to be on the go all day, you don't want anything tight fitting so these pants are perfect. They also have an elasticated waist line so you can eat as much as you want! I also really like how they flow about your body shape and create such a chic effortless vibe.

Since the pants are already busy with different mixtures of patterns, I went with a plain(ish) vest top. This one is perfect as it has Coachella written across it and again -  I love how simple, minimal and soft this top is and only for £6 it's a steal! I have worn my folded up and tied it at the back to create a crop top illusion, I feel it breaks up the top from the pants a bit more.

To finish everything off, I went for a fringed black kimono - a festival go-to. The black kimono ties everything in and doesn't make your outfit too out there if you're like me and just love simple basic structures. Plus the fringing matches with the bag - perfect for carrying around your camera, water and purse! Unless you want to opt for the casual bum bag.

With the sun normally quite high in the sky, you can never go wrong with a fedora - it matches perfectly with the aesthetic of the outfit and finishes off your look perfectly.

With all these pieces, it didn't hurt my purse at all! All super affordable pieces to create a timeless festival look on a budget. Really surprised me when I took everything to the till! Let me know what you guys think of the outfit down below!

BTS: Missguided shoot

So a couple of weeks a go I headed down to Manchester to shoot a couple of videos for #Babesofmissguided - a new section added on to Missguided full of their muses and I was lucky enough to be apart of it! Especially since Missguided is one of my favourite brands! Click here to see the feature!

I started my day off at 4am then headed down to Manchester station after a 4 hour journey, arrived at the studio and it was straight into hair & make up! We started with filming the first look (there was three in total) and it went smoothly. Even though I still get nervous in front of the camera, I couldn't of asked for a more calm and chilled environment and such a lovely creative team to make everything run smoothly.

After shooting the looks; 3 videos with 3 different outfits in each video ( 12 outfits I believe!) it was a wrap and you can see what happened BTS in a vlog form here as well!

I hope you guys enjoy my styling tips videos as well, they were such a blast filming and choosing what to style for each concept. Let me know below which one was your favourite below!

Three ways to wear...With Urban Outfitters EU

I’ll be styling three outfits in collaboration with Urban Outfitters, that you can wear to a meeting, a cinema date or running around the city exploring art galleries. I tend to go with comfort with everything I wear; layering, loose and baggy styling is my aesthetic.

---------------------------------------------------------------

OUTFIT 1
Whether it’s a quick lunch or coffee catch-up, this is an outfit I would wear to all kinds of meetings. I’ve styled the shirt loose over jeans to create a relaxed and casual feel and toughened it up with boots

---------------------------------------------------

OUTFIT 2
For this outfit I’ve mixed feminine pieces with a sports luxe vibe – perfect for when you’re out exploring. I’ve kept the colour palette very neutral, layering over the shirt with a grey trench coat that adds a subtle contrast. Trainers and a backpack are must have accessories for when you’re on the go, too.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Outfit 3
For a cinema date, baggy items are my go-to staples – you’re going to be sitting down for two hours so you need to wear something comfortable. I’ve worn the shirt tucked into the jeans as I’m a big fan of anything high waisted, and finished the ensemble with a lightweight trench to make the outfit less heavy.

Pay day sneaker picks

Payday has crept up on us again and this time I wanted to pick out some trainers that have been catching my eye for the last month. I've been wearing my Adidas Superstars everyday and my love for trainers have grown. They are my go to's and are definitely worth an investment.

Petite girl leather

Celine sunglasses | Finders Keepers knit* | Missguided faux leather pants | Mango flats
ASOS duster

------------------------------------

I've always wanted a pair of leather pants but every pair I've tried on in the past just didn't fit right or suit my legs. I saw these on Missguided and fell in love. They were simple and faux. I decided to order them and I have finally found a pair that fits well. Still not 100% as I don't have a butt to fill them out properly but they will do for now.

Mixing faux leather and heavy knits together is such a great combo so I had to do it for this outfit of course. Paired my pointy flats with it too from Mango which are just too beautiful to put into words.
