The Hoxton Holborn
This post was sponsored by The Hoxton hotel.
So on Monday I popped down to the Hoxton hotel in Holborn as I had a shoot early the next day and didn't want to wake up early to travel into London. It was such a convenient place as my shoot was literally down the road from the Hotel and the location in general was great as you had so many cafes surrounding it.
So I arrived at 2pm (usual check in time) and headed straight up to my room to drop off mine & Oli's luggage. The staff are so friendly and helpful here, even gave Oli a map of where the nearest gym is from the hotel. Little things like that really do make a difference on how you perceive a place. We jotted up to floor 3 and entered into such a welcoming room. I've been to the Hoxton before for a shoot so didn't have a chance to stay but really wanted to come back due to the atmosphere and the decor of the place.
The room was so spacious, all beautiful lit up with the mirror and the huge windows let in enough light so if I was filming a video - this would be perfect! I love that the Hoxton has a wooden floor too, makes everything more homey and rustic. I'm definitely taking some inspiration when I come to creating my own home. I love how the room also had a work station, some stationary and a coffee and tea making section. To me, this is a standard in all hotels but I've been to some where there wasn't any and charged you extra for a 'make your own' cup of coffee which I was not happy about! With your stay at the Hoxton, you also get bottles of water and a carton of milk in the fridge in the room which adds such a lovely touch. You also are treated to a cute breakfast bag in the morning if you like! Just fill in the spaces on the paper bag and hang outside your door! Ours came with a banana, orange juice and granola pot! Great if you have to leave early as well.
If you have never been to the UK or even the Hoxton area, there is also a mini booklet guide to let you know what the hotel has to offer, places to explore and eat. Perfect if you just want to wonder off and enjoy London at your own pace.
As for the actual bed, it is definitely the most comfortable I've stayed in at a hotel. You literally sink in and I couldn't help but jump on straight away as I got in! You also have extra pillows and towels in the draw underneath your bed so you don't even have to call down to reception and ask! The bathroom was also lovely. The brick work was amazing and I seriously need this in my kitchen. I love how the shower was a black brick work and the rest of the bathroom was white. The contrast really makes it a great bathroom selfie background. Everything in this hotel to be honest is pretty instagramable!
I really highly recommend this hotel for visitors from outside the UK and within! Perfect for little staycations and hideouts! Let me know if you guys have been here before or would love to stay!

Braun Silk-epil 9 epilator review!
Hey guys! For this post I'm collaborating with BRAUN to review their Silk-epil 9 epilator! I've never used an epilator before and always wanted to try out the next step up from just the usual razor. To be honest - I didn't know what an epilator was until Braun approached me!
At first, my nerves were a bit restless, it's only been about a year since I started shaving with a razor, before that I was a 'hair removal cream' kinda girl. So going from the cream to the razor then on to the epilator was a bit daunting for me. Nevertheless, I plucked up the courage to try it out. (See what I did there?) The sound when you turn it on did scare me a bit to be honest but I didn't let that put me off giving it a go. I think that's what I'll stick to with this product, just the leg. You can use in other areas as well but I was confident enough to go for just the legs.
For those of you who are like me and don’t know what an epilator is, it essentially plucks the hair from the skin using multiple tweezers at the same time, whereas using a razor just cuts the hair above the root. This product is best to use before going on holiday I think as it provides long lasting results. At first stroke, I could feel the massaging rollers, stimulating the skin so it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. I'd give it a 5/10 for the pain ratio, again, I've not used a product like this before so it felt a little bit awkward and weird. Thanks to the 40% wider head, the Silk-epil 9 took a lot of the hairs out in one stroke, so the process was much quicker - great if you are short on time like me most days!
I also really appreciate how it comes with a pivoting head, which makes going around the body contours less nerve racking. The slower speed make it much less daunting for a beginner like me, it'salso perfect for my sensitive skin. Another handy little thing - this epilator has is a light. Perfect for seeing where you have gone over and any hairs you have missed. This is such a great little extra add on to have as the lighting in my house isn't the best. The Silk-epil 9 can also be used in the bath as it is water tight up to five metres! I'll definitely tryepilating in the bath as it's meant to give me a more soothing experience. I’m also looking forward to trying the exfoliating brush attachment, which works to get rid of any dead skin to make my legs extra soft!
Overall, my experience with the epilator was far more positive than I expected! It wasn't painful but of course felt funny on my legs as it was my first time. I can see the long term benefits of using the product more frequently. So I'm happy to give this product a 8/10! You can get yours here from boots or check your local boots stores too! RRP from £149.99

This outfit was inspired by the beautiful Bella Hadid. Her outfit at Coachella was so well put together and stuck in my mind for a while so I thought I would recreate the look! This is also perfect for lunches out and festivals too!
I had this white blazer from a two piece set so it was perfect! The length and cut made it more of a boyfriend blazer and toughen up the outfit a bit more. Bella also paired with the blazer a black leotard I think, but since I didn't have that I opted for my black cami from Topshop, something with a deep V cut & it was so flattering! These shorts are also from Topshop & were a perfect shade. She normally wears vintage levis but I haven't got my hands on some yet so I made do with my one from Topshop!
Finished off with some slick sunglasses, fedora and my western booties. This outfit is ready to go! Would probably wear this outfit if I end up going to any festivals this year!

Don't let the sunshine fool you! It can still get pretty chilly so you gotta know how to layer and dress when it is. Try mixing lighter shades and creating a new palette of colours. Also textures and fabrics can play nicely if the weather changes a lot through out the day. I started off with a winter jumper - a piece that kept me really warm but quite thin enough to layer over. Pairing this with some light palazzo pants (which is covered in glitter btw) is perfect for those blissful moments.
With the lighter shades, I love pairing it with a deep berry colour. So an added touch of berry lips, a different finish on a fedora and nails also complete the look. Such a great colour combination and use of mixing and matching of the lengths.
Taylor Swift inspired Prom style with H&M Divided
So for my last collaboration with H&M I have been asked to style an outfit for prom! This look is inspired by Taylor Swift, her love for lace and anything feminine and sweet is perfect for prom! This dress stuck out to me, it's definitely something that Taylor would wear with a high neck, lace detail and the soft pink colour.
I went for really minimal pieces as well for the accessories as I wanted to let the dress stand out. This cute white and metallic pink clutch is perfect to store your phone in and ties the outfit in. To compliment the dress and the clutch - this cocktail ring is perfect! The silver, oversized and over the top ring adds a touch of edge into the outfit. Something to toughen it up but still having a feminine vibe.
For the shoes, a scrappy sandal nude heel is a go to. Sticking to the palette and keeping the main focus on the dress. The heel is also the perfect height to make you look a bit taller and also great for dancing in. You definitely won't be in pain after an hour! Finished it off with a dark berry lip and pinned my hair up - easy to take out also if you feel like it! If you also want to add some sparkly silver earrings then go ahead! Accessorise to whatever makes you fell comfortable!
Dungaree day!

So popped to the cinema again and decided to just pop on my dungarees. Something I could eat lots in (went to Five Guys before) and then eat more at the cinema and lounge around. So these were perfect! Been taking my new baby Celine tote out too and it really is the perfect size and what's even better is it comes with a strap!

Another outfit that is featured in my latest lookbook is definitely something that I would wear all summer long. The classic suit but fitted with a pair of long shorts and trainers plays on the masculine dressing that makes this look so city chic!
