River Island duster jacket* | River Island jeans* | Nasty Gal mules* | River Island top*
Alexander Wang bag | Nixon watch* (custom)

----------------------------------------------------------------

So I'ved teamed up with River Island and Shopcade to put together a look that's perfect for spring! I went for something a little out my comfort zone, more feminine and a lighter palette! I chose for pieces which I would most likely go for but in a different finish or colour and it all ended up working really well!

Let's start off with the trench though! It's been featured in my latest lookbook and also a post on my blog. I've been pairing it with a lot of things and goes so nicely with my grey polo from Zara as well. I've been wearing a lot of grey outfits whilst mixing the different shades together. Perfect for someone who doesn't wear colour that much.  I especially love tying the robe as it completes the look.

Next the jeans, this is really out my comfort zone with the colour but I opted for the ripped skinny which I always wear. They ended up with really comfy and fitted me really well. I've been wearing it with my bomber, white tees, other grey t shirts and over sized knits!

To finish everything off, I just paired with my go-to bag and super comfy mules! Let me know if you like this outfit below and where you would wear this! Also you can view my shopcade profile here!

The spring duster

Disclaimer: Items marked with * were gifted

Zara jumpsuit | Adidas Superstar | River Island duster* | Astrid & Miyu necklace*

---------------------------------------------------

I've always been a bit put off with sleeveless duster jacket but something about this one caught my eye. This beautiful piece is from River Island and was something I thought I would see if I could style it well. I ended up really loving the piece and it goes well with this khaki jumpsuit I picked up from Zara.

The shade of grey is perfect for spring, still in my colour palette comfort zone but light enough for the days where the sun peaks out. I love that the length of this duster is also not too long, I thought it would as it wasn't from the petite section. The ruffle collar is also one of the little details that caught my eye.

Pairing with a pair of white trainers completes it for me - they legit go with everything! Super comfy and creates the perfect outfit for wondering around exploring a city!

Comfy cinema dressing

Disclaimer: Items marked with * were gifted

Tescos ribbed pants | Keepsake cami* | Adidas Superstars | Topshop bomber | AW bag

----------------------------------------

Since I spend a lot of my time at the cinema, I'm always styling up new comfortable outfits that I can wear & eat a lot in. This one is definitely one of my favourites.

These ribbed flare pants (similar to the Zara ones) were actually from Tescos and was about £14 I believe! It does come with a matching top but I went and styled it with a simple high neck cami. I love playing with shapes and textures so that's why I added in the silk high shine bomber jacket from Topshop! I've been wearing it a lot since I bought it. Been searching for a good bomber for a while now & caved when I saw this one from Topshop.

Ofcourse, my Adidas Superstars are a go to when it comes to comfort dressing. I need to get them in other colours!

Styled & Shot by Natalie Liao

For love & Lemons bralet | H&M Shirt | Nasty Gal skirt | Balenciaga cable shopper
Saint Laurent sneakers

-------------------------------------------------

So on the last day in LA, Natalie decided to style & shoot me. Something fun and editorial. I love collaborating in any way with my friends as a wave of creativity just inspires me to do more. We went for a white on white attire and finished it off with my Balenziaga tote. It was so much fun to shoot with her and wish I lived closer so shoots like this could happen more often!

Goodbye Hollywood!

Brandy Melville flannel shirt | Choies boots* (real ones here) | Mulberry Effie tote
Topshop slip dress (similar here) | Celine sunnies

---------------------------------------------------------------------

So on our last day in LA, we got to explore a lot of breath taking places! I had to shoot my outfit at one of them for sure and I chose the Hollywood sign. My outfit that day was totally a LA inspired one. A simple slip dress, statement boots and a flannel shirt as a throw over. Super comfy and one of my favourites which I will be wearing more during the summer here in the UK.

I still can't believe LA is now over and I'm back in the UK. More hard to swallow is how close we got to the sign! I have no idea how we got there as a friend drove us there but I'm so grateful to be able to travel with friends and meet new faces with my job! Let me know if you guys like this outfit and any places you wanna recommend I go traveling!

Nasty gals do it better!

Brandy Melville flannel | Nasty Gal skirt* | Nasty Gal mules* | Topshop Band tee

-----------------------------------------------------

I got the chance to visit the Nasty Gal HQ whilst out in LA and couldn't feel more overwhelmed with the love they gave me and Leanne! Nasty Gal is one of a few brands I really love and look up to for such a long time and it was incredible to get noticed by them. After the office visit, we were gifted with an outfit of our choice I went for something that touches base on my other style side.

When I saw this heavily fringe detailed skirt my heart skipped a beat. I seriously couldn't believe that it was a Nasty Gal brand piece and had to choose it straight away! I paired it with my trusty band tee and a flannel shirt to finish off the look to make it more casual.

Next up is the mules - these are my favourite pair that I have come across. I love the subtle fringing detail. It matches perfectly with my skirt and adds a little kick to the plain mules. They are also super comfy, I wore them out to dinner that night & my feel were still in good shape!

Trust me, I also went a little crazy in the Nasty Gal stores on Melrose and in Santa Monica - a haul video will follow soon! So keep an eye out!

I just wanna say a huge thank you to Nasty Gal for my goodies and for having me and Leanne come and visit the incredible HQ! It was such a dream for us!
