Western Wang

Primark denim shirt* | Primark jeans* | Daniel Footwear boots* | ASOS camel coat | CK bag*

---------------------------------------------

My take on the famous Wang shirt styling. I've done something like this before but this one is a little more western! I thought that this denim shirt would style perfectly as it's oversized and the fabric just falls so effortless around my body. To complete this western vibe I paired my snake skin booties and these primark jeans to make it crisp and minimal. Finishing off with my fave camel coat!

I didn't want to make this outfit more busy so just paired it with this textured Calvin Klein side bag. The perfect size to fit everything, including purse, camera, lip liner and my keys!

LFW A/W 15 photo diary

So here are some photos I took over LFW, I did take more but didn't want this post to go on and on! It was such an awesome season mainly due to the fact I stayed across from Somerset house at the ME london. One of my fave hotel stays for sure. They looked after me and Oliver really well and the architecture was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to attend LFW without any hassle!

The first morning I ended up just headed upstairs to the Radio Rooftop bar for a Missguided breakfast with some other bloggers. Was so lovely catching up with everyone and meeting the Missguided team! We chatted over tea, eggs and the most amazing pancakes with bacon!

I ended up going to 3 shows and a collection launch this season. As usual, I didn't attend all my scheduled shows as I just wanted to go with the flow and not rush around. This season ended up being more about catching up with friends and spending a lil weekend away with Oliver. We've never done that before and having a little pre trip away before our big holiday in May was just what we needed!

My favourite show for sure would be the 'Ones to watch'. I love attending and see new and upcoming designers. J Moon was definitely my favourite out of the 4 that showcased and I seriously could wear everything from the collection. The textures, colours and fitting of the pieces was just so perfect I left wanting more!

If you wanted to see what else I got up to you can watch my vlog here

LFW day 2

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Day 2 of LFW kicked off with an even colder breeze in the morning, making me return to my coat I wore on the first day. Seriously in love with this beauty and it was also a bargain! I was browsing through NELLY and keep coming across this coat but never knew if it would live up in my hands. After a long think I decided to order it as it was only £30 and if I hated it, I could just return it. Nope, I bloody loved it! It was a saving piece that kept me cosy for the past 2 days. I decided to wear this safari style shirt underneath too as it bought out some 70's vibes and pairing it with my snake skin booties! It was really casual and better yet - comfy.

I think I did pretty well piecing this outfit together when I had no idea what to wear the night before!
And as you can also tell these photos are amazing! I have Bryant to thank for that. Check his work out! It's always a pleasure shooting with him!

So I've been obsessing over this coat for the longest time now and as you guys saw, I wore it to LFW both days! It's literally great from shielding me againts the cold and making me feel with a teddy. Here I've worked into a really casual outfit with some high waisted jeans, a simple black cami and my pony hair booties from Zara! I don't think you need to have a busy outfit as the coat is the main focus!

LFW Day 1

-----------------------------------------------------------

So I started off the first day of LFW dressed as a teddy pretty much. This coat is the bees knees and it kept me warm all day. I just paired it with an all black outfit and of course my white trainers. Everything else was kept pretty classic sports lux and since I didn't have a basic clutch I opted for my Diesel mini backpack! I tucked away the straps and just held it which I thought did it better justice. Oh and to make it a bit more fun I added my fluff ball keychain!

Stone Fox tee*

------------------------------------------

Stripe tees will always be my one of my wardrobe favourites. This one is from Stone Fox and it uber comfy. It's not like other ones as this is thicker and I think it's knitted material of some sort! I have been obsessing over these kind of tees for a while now and picked up a similar one from COS yesterday too!

Indie gig outfit inspiration

Disclaimer: All items here were gifted by H&M

As part of my collaboration with H&M, for the second part I am bringing you a post which went down so well last time. It's dressing for an indie gig! You guys absolutely loved the last one and I had so much positive feed back that I thought it would be a good subject to touch on again and give you some tips!

Above, I've paired this really cute checkered baby doll dress. You definitely want to stick with something quite loose, baggy and comfortable as you don't want to be in something tight when you will be sweating a lot! This is something you can't really run away from when going to any gig so think about that when choosing an outfit.

For outerwear, I opted for this fluffy cardigan. Waiting in line will be a bit chilly so bring something lightweight but that's going to keep you warm. If you prefer to take it off inside then do so and leave it in the cloakroom. You may also however, wear it till the gig gets really warm then tied around your waist! Super handy! You could also get away with a leather jacket but make sure to wear something loose and breathable underneath.

Shoe wise, I went for a pair that is comfy. I would never recommend wearing a pair of heels to a gig unless it's on a pair of boots and really comfortable. You are going to be standing most of the time so don't put your feet in a misery. These boots give me a tiny bit of height but mostly to keep my feet warm and comfy. A plus is that you can pair them with other outfits too as they go with everything!

You can definitely wear each of the items in this post with other pieces too. The key to gig dressing is about pairing things correctly. Knowing what you are comfortable in and finding the perfect fit. You are there to listen to the music at the end of the day!

Lazy Oaf 'SS15

LAZY OAF Heads top | LAZY OAF heads trousers | H&M white trainers
ASOS Camel coat (similar here)

----------------------------------------------------

Don't you guys just love Lazy Oaf? Their kooky patterns and prints make me so happy. So I was even more happy when they contacted me asking if I would like to style up a piece from their new SS15 collection. Of course I jumped at the chance! This piece just jumped right out at me with its cute floating heads. I love how something so simple can be so fun to style. This piece goes perfectly well with a pair of white trainers and a tailored coat. Mixing street style with some tailoring is one of my go tos. The aesthetic is so clean cut and simple.

Have a look through their look book and let me know which piece is your favourite guys!

The bad ass sleeveless leather

THISISDEADWOOD leather jacket* | Daniele Footwear boots* | Primark jeans* |
LAMODA Necklace* | Zara t shirt | Topshop choker

--------------------------------------------------

Don't you just love a piece of clothing that makes you feel pretty bad ass? This sleeveless leather jacket really is one of those timeless pieces which was missing from my wardrobe until now.
I kept it really simple with an all black outfit but paired it with these faux snake print booties! I've featured these before it previous outfits with blue jeans but with a black pair it just makes it more crisp and clean. Added a statement necklace from LAMODA & that was it! Nothing too busy as I wanted to focus it mainly on the jacket & the boots.

Let me know what you guys think of the outfit below!
