Hey guys! I'm collaborating with H&M again and I couldn't be anymore grateful!
I'm kicking things off with a Lana Del Rey video outfit remake. West coast is one of my favourite songs by her and her effortless cool vibe she has in the video. The outfit is super simple and it's something that I would personally wear and pretty much what I normally wear when I'm stuck for ideas. Nothing beats a jeans and t shirt combination.
With this remake, I took myself to the divided section in my local H&M store, firstly in search for the perfect light wash boyfriend jeans. I stumbled upon these and they fitted with the video so well, I hd to pick them up! Her aesthetic is really simple, undone but yet really well put together at the same time. These jeans are perfect as they were too baggy but left some room so it doesn't create a tight fit.
Moving on to the top half, a classic white tee is on the cards. I opted for something a but more loose and a tad sheer instead of the typical classic fit tee. This is a tad sheer and has a very undone and oversized look which ties everything in really well. To finish it off, I added my leather jacket, white trainers and a simple body chain. Super simple and chic. You want to corporate some LA vibes into this outfit or any of Lana's outfit. Keep it clean and 'worn in'. If you could get your hands on vintage pieces do so too!
CK Jeans take 2

So my second part to the CK styling! This time it's the CK Jeans basic tee. I decided to wear it as a crop but instead of chopping it up, it just folded it, twist & tied it with a hair band at the back & tucked it into the tee. I love how this basic tee can be a major staple in the wardrobe. The unlimited ways you can style it up or down & get away with wearing 2 or even 3 days in a row! Here I started off with a little double denim. Mixing different denim washes together is always a good wear to pull off the combo. I then wanted to really make this look classic so exchanged the denim shirt to my second skin...a.k.a my leather jacket. It really tied in everything together and I could happily wear it over & over again.

Instantly fell in love with this dress when I saw it in & Other Stories. I didn't have time to try it on the store but just went with it anyways. I ended up trying it on later that night when I headed home and it fits like a glove. It really reminded me of something from The Row. For £55 it was definitely a steal! I know it's still quite expensive but I really wanted to invest in a good well fired and quality wise black dress. Something I could dress up or down and feel really comfortable in. This seemed to be a perfect fit & I couldn't be any more happier.
Oh the bag also, you guys know how much I love marble right? Well I've been walking pass this bag for over a month now but couldn't decide on it. I like the shape, the size and of course the print. So I though, fuck it! I'll just buy it! I'm really glad I did, I wanted a switch up from my all black bags and this was just the breath of fresh air I needed. Also a bonus when I thought it was £80 and it turned out to be only £65 from Pied a Terre! I really want to wear it with either an all white or cream look. I think that would look super awesome. You can also mix it up and have it as an oversized clutch! Win!

Topshop boots*
----------------------------
When in doubt, put on a CK sweater! I've been wanting some CK pieces for a while but they always seem to be sold out! Luckily I was contacted by Urban Outfitters and they kindly sent me some! Thank you so so much guys! I love them to bits! I chose of course this navy sweater, a white version and the white t shirt. No doubt I will be showing you guys how I style them very soon!
What I love about these pieces is that they are timeless and really chic. There are also countless ways to style these pieces. From a leather mini skirt to peg leg pants with slip ons. Everything seems to go with these pieces. Trust me, I'll be wearing these till I'm 30! Or older! I'm even looking forward to passing these down to my children and see how they style them!
Let me know how you guys would style your CK!

ASOS camel knitted dress | Daniel Footwear boots* | H&M chunky necklace
--------------------------
So yes, this outfit was totally inspired by Song of Style's outfit! When I saw her wearing something similar I just fell in love! This is however the cheaper alternative to the Self Portrait studio dress she wears and these boots are pretty much the exactly dupes (& also shorter) version! You can find the link to both of them above! I just love how the textures are together and how cosy this dress is! It's been sitting in the saved item list on my ASOS account for ages now. I paired it with a chunky silver choker I got from H&M the other day. Keeping it really simple with my basic silver rings.
The layering technique

With this cold weather coming and going I'm finding it hard to keep up! I decided that layering up everything is just the way to go. It creates a new look every time I layer two or even three different pieces together. This time I decided to go with my turtle neck and throw on over my NUNBANGKOK cut out maxi dress. Theres something chic about this and it's so cosy and perfect for this weather. Ofcourse I had to pair it with my white trainers. They seriously go with everything! To top with off, pair with a leather jacket and you're good to go!

I had received this dress a couple of weeks ago from FSHNBNKR, one of the online boutiques I work with a lot and then this came in a package I was in love! From the fact that it was minimal grids to the the lightweight neoprene/scuba material, it just ticked all the right boxes. You can dress it up, with heels or if you prefer like I have done here - trainers. I've also added a crop t shirt jumper as well on top to layer and you can add on another long coat! Key to a dress like this is keep it minimal, you really don't need much for it to make it such a kick ass outfit!
A trusty combination

This is definately one of my favourite combos. Something about this really works well together. I love how skirt is so feminine but pairing it with trainers makes it instantly masculine. A mixture of these play out to balance each other. The lines, textures and colour palette is a go to of mine. I was hesitant to try on this combo but I'm glad I did!
