Little Black coat | Lacoste trainers | Primark scarf | Missguided clutch | Topshop jeans | Newlook top
-----------------------------------------
So saturday was a quick lunch up with my Mum and sister. We of course went to our favourite spot 'Thai corner' it's a little piece of home which we kinda end up going every weekend. The quality of these photos aren't great as by the time we got back the light was going but thought that I would show you guys what I was wearing! I received this coat last week from a store overseas call 'Little black'. They stock such nice structured pieces so if you're into that style and asian designs then check them out!
Outfit easy with Little Dragon at the O2 Academy Oxford
So a few weeks ago, I was invited down to the O2 Academy Oxford (Thanks so much guys!) with Tasha to see Little Dragon! I haven't heard of their music before so was really intrigued by seeing them live. The atmosphere was really great and the crowd really had such energy that it was bouncing around the room. Not to mention the visuals on stage as well.
I was also contemplating for a while what to wear to the gig so put something together last minute which ended up working really well! I kept it simple and comfortable and not too layered up that I would get so hot in.
If you guys remember I've done a post a while back talking about how to dress for a gig and my tips on what to wear. So I wanted to recap that and let you guys into my thought process of a good gig attire.
Firstly I think it greatly depends on who you are going to see, you would probably dress differently if you went to a rock genre gig than to a R'N'B gig for instance. As I didn't know what type of music Little Dragon were, I decided to play it safe with an all black outfit. I opted for my leather jacket, my trusty side kick which I always end up taking with my to any type of show. This one is lightweight and wasn't that structured so it was perfect to wear and move around in. I opted for my go to skinny ripped jeans and a black loose vest top as I knew that if I get hot, I could easily take off my jacket and cool myself down quicker than wearing a long sleeve top. With jewellery I opted for my usual but not over accessorise, I didn't want to end up hurting someone in the crowd with my stacks of rings that I usually wear.
For the footwear, I opted for something with a small heel but still really comfy and hard wearing. My Zara boots were the perfect answer as I'm short, the little added height was perfect. I still couldn't see that well though but at least I wasn't stuck with a view of someones arm pit this time. Oh to finish it off, I took my mini pill box clutch as I only needed my cards and keys. Perfect little size for events like this!
Me and Tasha were also looked after by an O2 Angel at the gig. I never knew one existed and it was such a cool experience! Having someone there who worked at the venue giving us insight on the gig, the venue and the hospitality was great. Even gotten us a beer to start off the gig with! The O2 Angel also flutters by the people standing out waiting in the ques, handing out sweets, letting them know about the O2 app and O2 PRIORITY for O2 customers where you guys can get access to gig tickets 48 hours! You can do so by texting 'Priority' to 2020.
Check out O2 Academy TV for more live music performance, backstage interviews and more on their youtube channel!

Finally, a sunny day that I can wear my culottes again! The last time I wore them properly was in LA!
It was definitely warmer yesterday so I didn't need to wrap up crazy but still layered up.
I've been wanting to wear my Route One long sleeve for ages now and it pairs up perfectly with the culottes and my boots. Layered on my extra long duster and my new scarf from Primark, another bargain at £5! Need to get more scarfs from there for sure. I was never a scarf wearer but when it's a bit chilly it really does help keeps me warm and sure makes an outfit complete!
China town
Photographed by Bryantlives
---------------------------------
I love the hustle and bustle of China town. It's the only place in London that reminds me of back home and the smell of the food brings me to a happy place. I met up with Bryant again last week and we went around soho and China town to shoot a couple of outfit photos whilst I was in quick and talked about Hong Kong and studying fashion. I'm so convinced now that I'm going to travel to Hong Kong next year. My travel bug really is here to stay and I'm already planning trips back to LA in feb and then Thailand in May.
Hopefully everything goes to plan and I can make several more trips and see the world and experience such a graphical range of cultures.
Styling with GAP: Part 1
Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post with GAP. All the items from their collection I personally chose.
GAP cashmere sweater | ASOS trousers | Topshop jacket | Beanie | Lacoste sneakers | H&M clutch
------------------------------------
So I have teamed up with GAP to style three items from their new holiday collection and here is the third outfit!
This outfit I styled up was what I wore to grab coffee with a friend of mine in a cute little village.
It was pretty chilly that day so I wanted to wrap up warm but not over wrapped myself that I felt like a burrito.
I chose my cashmere sweater and my peg leg pants as my main fit. Then topped it off with white sneakers to make it a bit more clean cut and modern. As I was just going to be sitting down and sipping tea, I thought a coat would be too much so popped on a neoprene black jacket and grabbed my clutch.
Camel really is my go to colour this season and I can pair it with everything and wear it anywhere. To also have this jumper in cashmere - which I've never had before, it was such a cosy piece to wear and it was thin enough that I didn't get uncomfortable in but it kept in the heat and I was cold one bit. It really is such a luxurious piece and it's opened my eyes that I need to invest in more cashmere sweaters as they will stay in your wardrobe for ages and the quality is unbelievable!

Styling with GAP: Part 3

Gap shirt | Gap jeans | TGF Ring | Urban Outfitters Heels
--------------------------
So I have teamed up with GAP to style three items from their new holiday collection and here is the first outfit!
The classic shirt, I love how this simple piece can be styled in so many different ways and can we worn on so many occasions. Here I have styled this shirt for a lunch putting with my Mum. I always remember my Mum's to go outfit was a white shirt and a pair of great jeans. So when I saw this on GAP I had to pick it up and choose a pair of jeans to go with it to recreate my Mum's look.
I opted for the blue jeans also, something really out of my comfort zone but the way it fits on me, makes me love it even more. From the shade to the cut, these jeans can be styled up or down and can be worn day to night. I also think this shade of blue is such a good shade for this winter, dark enough but not too dark to be 'indigo' - a shade which I really dislike. I just find this shade of denim more complimentary and suited to my wardrobe.
By pairing this oversized white shirt with the jeans, it instantly created something so effortless, chic and classic. I thought I would mix it up a bit and throw on a pair of comfy black heels and headed. I kept my jewellery silver and simple and my hair do my normal bed hair.
